Does the other person need an app?+
No. Their phone opens your profile in the browser. Phones without NFC can scan the QR code on the card.
Which phones work?+
Most modern iPhones and Android phones read NFC. Every card also has a QR code as backup.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. Qard One can be ordered as a guest. Plus and Premium include an account so you can edit your profile.
How do I pay?+
M-Pesa or card, in Kenyan shillings.
Can I change my details later?+
Plus and Premium customers can edit anytime. Qard One customers can request corrections through support.
What if I lose my card?+
Order a replacement — it keeps the same profile link, so nothing changes for your contacts.
